David F. Philipp is a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Crestline Investors. Prior to Crestline, Dave co-founded several companies focused on investment management and renewable energy. Early in his career, he spent 12 years at Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse focused on providing structured financing strategies for alternative investment managers.

Dave is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the Security Analysts of San Francisco. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Colorado.

Having grown up in the Bahamas, and worked in New York, San Francisco and Dubai, Dave now resides in Mill Valley, California with his wife and 2 teenagers.
